Initiate Request
Contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp with your order number and clear images of the product within 48 hours of delivery if there is a defect.
Quality Inspection
Once your request is approved, pack the item in its original packaging; our team will review the claim to ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and has all security tags attached.
Reverse Logistics
Depending on your location, we will either arrange a courier pickup or provide instructions for you to ship the parcel back to our central distribution warehouse.
Exchange Processing
After a successful quality check of the returned item, we will issue a coupon code or process the exchange for a different size or design based on stock availability.
